• Set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment for events and daily operations
• Provide internet connectivity support for meetings, conferences, and events
• Troubleshoot AV and network-related issues promptly to ensure smooth execution
• Deliver excellent service to event organizers, ensuring all technical requirements are met
• Coordinate with internal teams to support functions and special events
• Maintain AV equipment in good working condition

• Previous experience in AV operations, preferably in a premium hotel or hospitality environment
• Basic knowledge of network/internet systems is an advantage
• Fluent in Thai (spoken and written)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Service-oriented mindset with good communication skills
