Job Description
- Responsable del registro, verificación y análisis de las operaciones contables relacionadas con los ingresos del hotel.
- Revisar diariamente los informes y documentos enviados por Auditoría Nocturna.
- Gestionar las devoluciones de ingresos cuando sea necesario junto a la dirección financiera.
- Custodiar todos los documentos correspondientes a la auditoria de ingresos.
- Velar el buen funcionamiento de las herramientas para cobro de todos los centros de consumo del hotel.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de políticas establecidas referente a Ingresos.
Qualifications
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos similares.
- Conocimientos en programas contables.
- Dominio avanzado de Opera PMS, Micros, Silverware o programas similares.
- Conocimiento en normativas contables y fiscales.
- Manejo del MS Office.
- Manejo en Equipos de oficinas.
- El dominio del idioma ingles es un adicional.
