Responsable de revisar y analizar las ventas vs costos e inventarios y todos los costos asociados con la operación, incluyendo todas las áreas operativas y de ventas de alimentos y bebidas.

• Liderar y realizar el proceso de toma física de inventarios a fin de mes.
• Analizar todos los costos y márgenes asociados con la operación, incluyendo todas las áreas operativas y de ventas de alimentos y bebidas.
• Realizar inventarios selectivos y recurrentes al área de almacén.
• Elaborar el cierre de costos e inventarios en el sistema operativo.
• Diseñar e implementar reportes gerenciales que faciliten la interpretación correcta de los costos.
• Capacidad analítica.
