Le Sofitel Marseille Vieux Port est une escale incontournable dans la Région Sud qui s'inspire de l'histoire de Marseille. Il offre une vue unique sur le Vieux Port et dispose de 134 chambres dont 3 suites, de plusieurs points de restauration et d’un Spa.
L'hôtel est destiné à accueillir une clientèle haut de gamme sur les marchés affaires et loisirs et dispose de 8 salles de réunion.

Au cœur de la ville de Marseille et face à la plus belle vue du Vieux-Port, l’hôtel Sofitel Marseille Vieux-Port regroupe une offre de restauration complète : Un restaurant gastronomique, une brasserie, un bar panoramique, un room service 24/24, un service petits-déjeuners, un service banquets. La part de notre chiffre d’affaires affecté à la restauration est d’en moyenne 45% du chiffre d’affaires total.

L’attaché.e Commercial.e Séminaires – Banquets assure un rôle clé au sein de l’hôtel.
-Intégré.e à une équipe de 4 personnes, sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Séminaires et Banquets.
-Assure l’atteinte du budget séminaire et banquets, le suivi et la satisfaction client
-Collabore étroitement avec les services opérationnels de l’hôtel.
-Qualifier une demande client et proposer une offre de prestation en adéquation avec la demande initiale.
-Adapter les demandes clients à l’activité de l’hôtel.
-Assurer l’application de l’argumentaire de ventes.
-Optimiser le taux de remplissage, être sensible aux indicateurs clés PM et REVPAR
-Assurer les réservations des chambres et espaces, relance et suivi administratif des dossiers avec l’envoi de facture.
-Représenter l’hôtel et la marque Sofitel en toute situation. Accueillir et prendre en charge le client dès son arrivée et tout au long de son séjour.
- Formation Commerciale BAC+3/ ou Hôtellerie
- Expérience requise : 1 an à un poste similaire
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français
- Bureau de la maîtrise du Pack
- Maîtrise d’Opéra Cloud est un plus
- Aisance relationnelle
