Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach lies directly on the waterfront in Turgutreis, approximately 20 km from the centre of Bodrum, a very popular destination as it offers ideal conditions for water sports, culture and Aegean relaxation. 

The main two-storey hotel of Swissotel Resort, Bodrum Beach comprises 70 rooms and suites, with minimum 40 m² per room. This is complimented by 72 serviced residences at 85-348 m². 

The restaurants and bars are places of entertainment, where the ambience runs from formal to casual and dishes are prepared with the best local products. 


Job Description

As an Asst. Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager you will maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, and written communications and to drive, manage and maintain robust positive relations with all key accounts and business. 

What you will be doing: 

  • To provide professional and friendly service. To assist The Director of Sales and Marketing in the service of Sales and Marketing. 

  • In charge of sales activities and follow up at the property. Assisting and cooperation with DOSM in reaching the targeted goals as defined  in the Marketing Plan.  

  • Responsible for orienting and following up to materialize the budgeted revenues of respective segments through existing clientele and key prospects. To be focused on STU on national and international key accounts. 

  • To provide sales support to the Director of Sales and Marketing. 

  • To respond to all guest requests, maintain standards of service and client relationships. 

  • To develop strong relationship both internal and external customers. 

  • To develop high yield accounts in Leisure and MICE market. 

  • To achieve sales target set by hotel. 

  • Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations 

  • Reports any hazards, risks, accidents as required. 

  • Abides by and is aware of all relevant Occupational, Health & Safety legislation 

  • Ensures all directions are followed out at the request of any level of Senior Management. 


Qualifications

  • Organized and has a great leadership skills 

  • A passion for providing great service 

  • 5-star luxury hotel experience
