As Associate Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the hotel's vision to achieve business objectives and revenue goals. By identifying new market opportunities and leveraging insights, you'll strengthen the hotel's position across key segments. You'll foster relationships, provide valuable market intelligence, and deliver innovative strategies to maximise sales opportunities, ensuring the hotel’s continued success in a competitive landscape.

What you will bring to the role:

• Previous experience in proactive sales in hospitality industry; across rooms, events and food and beverage
• Ability to manage competing deadlines to achieve results
• Demonstrated and genuine passion for sales, clients and team; reinforcing a positive working environment and culture
• Exceptional communication skills
• Professional Presentation
