Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le front office manager, il assure la supervision du front desk et la gestion de l’équipe des réceptionnistes Et OneTouch tout en veillant sur la satisfaction client.
Voici un aperçu des principales responsabilités :
- Assurer la supervision du front office en collaboration avec le front office manager
- Garantir une expérience client réussie
- Traiter les réclamations clients et répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques
- Veiller sur le respect et la bonne application des standards et procédures ACCOR
- Participer au check-in/ check-out, si y a besoin
- Veiller sur la réalisation des objectifs
- Former et développer son équipe afin de garantir une performance durable
- Garantir le flux de l’information avec les autres départements
- Coanimer les briefings matinaux avec le front office Manager
- Optimiser les revenus à travers la vente incitative
- Répondre aux réclamations des clients, ou bien les transférer au département concerné
- Superviser les flux de l’encaissement et gestion de la caisse
- Contrôle et suivi des crédits des point client ALL
- Participer au recrutement des clients ALL
- Alimenter la base de données des préférences clients
- Participer à la stratégie adoptée par le groupe ACCOR et le propriétaire
- Contribuer à l’amélioration du score RPS de l’hôtel
- Répondre et gérer les réclamations clients
- Respecter les standards et procédures interne du groupe ACCOR et du propriétaire
- S’assurer directement de la satisfaction client et suppléer son équipe
- Bonnes capacités communicationnelles et rédactionnelles
- Excellentes connaissances du business
- Bonne maitrise de l’outil informatique
- Bonne maitrise des langues étrangères
- Réactivité et sens des priorités
- Rigueur & esprit méthodique
- Sens de l’organisation et gestion des imprévus
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
