• Assist the Director of Talent & Culture in the smooth running of the Talent & Culture function within the hotel ensuring best practice is followed at all times.
• Be administrative, analytical, and interpersonal duties to support the HR department and its functions. This role often requires a strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, company policies, PIT, recruitment and C&B function, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor and manage all payroll activities to produce accurate and timely payroll
• Maintain a good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• Exposure to labor law, PIT, C&B, recruitment and employment equity regulations
• Effective HR administration and people management skills
