Job Description

  • Develops and implements sales strategies to meet and exceed retail revenue targets.
  • Utilizes product display techniques that attract and engage guests, encouraging increased sales.
  • Analyzes sales data to monitor treatment and product performance, making informed decisions on promotions, product replacement, and stocking levels to optimize revenue.
  • Adhere to the Spa Policy & Standard Operating Procedures
  • Product Management and Inventory
  • Oversees the selection, stocking, and inventory of spa retail products, ensuring popular items are well-stocked and available for guests.
  • Tracks product performance to continuously refine and enhance retail offerings.
  • Engages with guests to provide personalized treatment and product recommendations, enhancing their experience.
  • Ensures the spa and retail area is visually appealing and arranged to encourage browsing and purchasing.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to plan and execute seasonal and special promotions.
  • Coordinates product launches, discount offers, loyalty programs, and cross-promotions with other departments (e.g., F&B, accommodations).
  • Drives initiatives that increase guest spending, elevating the spa’s profile and visibility.
  • Trains and develops therapists on treatment/product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Provides ongoing education to ensure the team confidently recommends treatments and products, actively engaging guests with product benefits.
  • Manages P&L to maximize financial performance and oversees internal audit processes for inventory and sales accountability.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial budgeting and analysis for the departments within the facility.
  • Provide monthly budget and forecasts when requested.
  • Responsible for staying within the allocated budget from cost and maximizing profitability.
  • Conduct anticipated performance reviews for all colleagues reporting to this position as per Accor yearly cycles. This includes performance management of any disciplinary concerns.
  • Follow and ensure that all colleagues follow all safety procedures and practices of the property; leading by example.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a management or supervisory position in a Spa or related field
  • Previous luxury hotel experience with background in financial budgeting and forecasting
