• Assist in welcoming guests and providing information about spa and fitness services.

• Support daily operations of the spa and fitness center, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and amenities according to brand standards.

• Assist spa therapists and fitness trainers with guest needs under supervision.

• Handle guest bookings, scheduling, and confirmations when required.

• Replenish towels, water, and guest supplies in spa and fitness areas.

• Learn and apply knowledge of spa etiquette, wellness standards, and guest service protocols.

• Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues in spa and fitness facilities.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless luxury guest experiences.

• Participate in training sessions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Wellness, or related field

• Strong interest in fitness, spa, and guest wellness services

• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of fitness, wellness, or spa practices is an advantage
