- In charge from the meetings from the hearing of the guests to Tentative, and establish quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts
- To ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- To solicit Rooms and Banquet business through action plan preparation and
- execution
- To work to create new plans, improve materials and tools, and increase customer attraction and contract rates
- Management of bridal fairs and the other events
- To maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details within the appropriate software applications
- To support to Sales Manager. To prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required
- Answering emails, phone calls and the guest who come to the hotel
- To follow departmental policies and procedures

- Able to provide guidance and suggestions to guests
- To have basic knowledge for sales, and interested in the hotel industry as a whole
- To keep up with checking and reporting duties to your supervisor
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or relevant computer
- applications required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
