Job Description

  • To develop sales activities to achieve maximum sales of hotel to current and prospective customers providing a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business selling environment.
  • The focus is on acquisition, penetration, and retention and achieves the set sales target annually.
  • To effectively achieve or exceed sales goals set by the Director of Sales and maximizes revenue and yield potential.
  • Promote the desired work culture around Accor’s core values and the brand.
  • Managing accounts within the Sales department in charge of local and international accounts for both individual bookings assigned by Director of Sales.
  • Assists & cooperates with Department heads in reaching the targeted goals as defined in the sales and marketing plan.
  • Driving all sales-related activities, and to effectively sell all aspects of the hotel.
  • Develop new and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
  • To maintain and use client history files.
  • Implement a system to answer quotations / proposals forwarded to the clients are followed up to maximize conversion rate.
  • Implementing service standards and procedures, ensuring achievement of set budgets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in similar position.
  • Someone who has ambition, raw talent, and a passionate.
  • A person who has the willingness to take on feedback and try new things. 
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes, team environment. 
  • A strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities and act with a sense of urgency, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
  • Someone who is exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise in order to meet allocated timelines.
