Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for driving and maximising sales.
  • To ensure a prompt, courteous response and follow up to all enquiries.
  • Leading and motivating the team creating sales focused environment with a focus on conversion and customer service.
  • Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
  • Produce sales activity reports as required.
  • To ensure sales are concerned with a proven track record of strong selling skills, upselling of the Hotel.
  • Responsible to maximise all revenue opportunities through execution of all sales strategies.


Your experience and skills include:

  • Proactive experience of driving leads for Corporate & MICE.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • Dubai experience would be a plus.
  • Must have U.A.E. Driver's License and a car.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
