Job Description

- Manage staff & operation of Sales Department.

- Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).

- Search for new clients at the same time maintain & enforce relationship with existing accounts.

- Establishes and manages the Sales Strategy of the hotel.

- Develops and analyses new markets and new market segments

- Forecasts future travel patterns and provides trade feedback to the management.

- Monitors and supervises team’s production and activities

- Compiles contract analysis, allotment materialization

- Responsible for the execution of yearly budget and developing business of related market segmentations.

- Ensures that the plan is adhered to as well as monitors its progress and updates if necessary.

- Ensure the availability of after-sales services as well as ability to handle smoothly guest complaints if any.


Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management.

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records.

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
