Job Description
At The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor, exceptional service and flavors are the hallmarks of every dining experience. We invite you to develop your leadership strengths as an Assistant Restaurant Manager – and let your passion for guest service drive consistent guest satisfaction, an engaged team and outstanding operating results.
Your Job Duties Include:
- Help lead the F&B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
- Supervise and support of employees while ensuring service standards are maintained
- Help with recruit, train, manage, mentor, lead and develop your supervisors and colleagues
- Have full knowledge of all Outlet menus
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your Skills & Qualifications:
Must have 2 years previous experience as a Leader in Food & Beverage; preferably in a full service hotel or upscale restaurant
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Administration an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a service-focused personality
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
The willingness to learn and be constantly challenged to grow with the restaurant team.
An appreciation for detail and a passion for guest service.
A professional and positive attitude in every aspect of the position.
Consistent punctuality and dedication.
A calm, polite and composed demeanor.
