Reporting directly to Restaurant Manager and job responsibilities will be:
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service and communication to all guests and team members.
- Take accountability and effectively manage the restaurant in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager.
- Assist Restaurant Manager in developing special promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials to help increase revenue.
- Prepare weekly rosters and consistently monitor labour costs to remain within financial budget.
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on and ongoing basis.
- Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift briefings.
- Assist in the recruitment process and induction of new team members.
What we are looking for;
- Having minimum of 2 years supervisory or assistant manager experience in a similar Hospitality environment or role with assistant manager qualifications desirable.

- Have outstanding customer services skills who can adapt their approach to make our clients feel welcome
- Have a passion for hospitality and are looking to develop your career within the industry
- Lead by the example, working alongside with the team by prioritizing their development and training
