L'hôtel Mercure Paris La Défense est un hôtel 4 *de 507 chambres, avec 6 salles de réunions, un bar/restaurant VINGKO ainsi qu’un bar avec terrasse au 12ème étage offrant une vue sur la Tour Eiffel et le quartier de La Défense.
Il se situe à 10 minutes à pied du quartier des affaires de La Défense dans le centre-ville de Courbevoie accessible par les RER A et L.

Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel Mercure Paris La Défense à Courbevoie un Assistant Ressources Humaines H/F, en CDD jusqu'au 31/12/2025.
Les missions :
- Recrutement et intégration : Gérer le processus de recrutement (rédaction et diffusion des annonces, présélection des candidats, entretiens) et veiller à l'intégration réussie des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Gestion administrative : Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel (contrats, DPAE, suivi des dossiers individuels, gestion des absences, arrêt maladie et des congés) pour nos collaborateurs et nos extras
- Veiller à l'application des obligations légales et réglementaires en matière de ressources humaines
- Gestion de la paie : Superviser la préparation des paies en collaboration avec les chefs de service et gérer la validation des bulletins de paie
- Formation et développement : Identifier les besoins en formation, élaborer le plan de formation, organiser et suivre les actions de formation, et contribuer au développement des compétences des collaborateurs.
- Assurer la communication efficace avec les différents services pour garantir un bon déroulement de l’activité de l’hôtel. Vous anticipez les besoins et accompagnez les chefs de service dans la gestion quotidienne des collaborateurs et leur développement.
- Formation : Vous possédez une formation supérieure en ressources humaines – Bac +3
- Expérience : idéalement dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie ou du tourisme
- Compétences techniques : Bonne connaissance du droit du travail, des outils informatiques (Pack Office, l’utilisation de ADP est un plus)
- Qualités personnelles : Excellent relationnel, sens de l’écoute, capacité d’adaptation, discrétion, rigueur et organisation. Vous avez une attitude proactive et un esprit d’équipe à toute épreuve : seul on va plus vite, ensemble on va plus loin
- Langues : Maîtrise du français. La connaissance d’autres langues est un plus.
