Job Description

This position holds critical responsibility for the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing plans aimed at attracting potential guests and retaining existing clientele. The role encompasses the management of collateral, special events/promotions, social media, and advertising at local, regional, and international levels.

  • Bear complete responsibility for marketing strategies, including meticulous development, management, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends and prepare detailed forecasts.
  • Orchestrate marketing strategies in close collaboration with sales, financial, public relations, and operation departments.
  • Oversee the development, supervision, and delivery of branding, advertising, and promotional collateral/materials in strict accordance with business requirements and departmental requests.
  • Formulate and execute business and leisure promotions with strategic precision.
  • Rigorously monitor all printed materials to ensure strict adherence to corporate identity standards.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive photo/electronic library with utmost diligence.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors and suppliers for the efficient production of marketing materials.
  • Meticulously coordinate all special events and promotions to maximize publicity and awareness.
  • Critically evaluate requests from external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate intensively with the sales & marketing team to define appropriate marketing campaigns based on seasonality, trends, and business imperatives.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of digital reports and propose strategic improvements for online campaigns (websites and social media).
  • Work in close conjunction with the head of department to plan and execute advertisement campaigns for Saudi Arabia and relevant markets (outdoor, printed, digital).
  • Implement and manage SMS and email campaigns with precision. Contract and oversee necessary systems for campaign execution.
  • Serve as an official spokesperson, when appointed by the Managing Director, to deliver all formal statements to the media, particularly during crisis situations.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget for the complex with fiscal responsibility.
  • Contribute substantively to employee newsletters, announcements, and other printed/digital materials published by the Talent & Culture department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Saudi nationality is an absolute requirement for this position.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in a Hotel Marketing role is essential.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a particular emphasis on presentation skills, is crucial.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, coupled with superior communication and collaboration skills, are imperative.
  • Extensive professional networking capabilities, along with advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills, are necessary.
  • Exceptional analytical prowess, creative thinking, and superior writing abilities are required.
  • Exemplary time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations and manage stress is critical.
  • Consistent adherence to professional grooming standards and presentation is expected at all times.
