• Oversee and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and established standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop outlet staff to build a high-performance culture, support career growth, and conduct regular performance reviews
• Drive sales performance and revenue targets through strategic planning, team motivation, and implementation of effective promotional campaigns
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, sales metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, outlet cleanliness, safety standards, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium customer environment
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and handle customer complaints with professionalism, empathy, and transparency
• Prepare and submit regular reports on outlet performance, sales trends, operational challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives, strategic objectives, and organizational goals
• Handle cash management, reconciliation, and financial accuracy while maintaining compliance with financial protocols
• Maintain and optimize point-of-sale (POS) systems and leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency

• Excellent customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English

• Adaptability and resilience in managing dynamic retail environments and responding to changing priorities
• Knowledge of local languages (Hindi/Telugu) is a plus and would be beneficial for the Hyderabad location.
