Job Description

As our next Assistant Manager, you will be,

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our hotel. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of Experience in Hotel Management Operations Role or in a Team Leader Role in a related industry. You will help lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising daily operations across departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.).
  • Support the Hotel Manager in ensuring smooth guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain high service quality.
  • Assist in scheduling, team briefings, and shift management.
  • Contribute to team motivation and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Help manage inventory, supplies, and administrative tasks.
  • Closing of the month, Group booking
  • Managing cost withing the budget
  • Planning staff rota and reducing the cost as and when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry in a Team Leader Role in a service-oriented business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Basic understanding of hotel systems and operations.
  • Basic knowledge  on finance and accounting
  • Must be flexible to work Various Shifts, including Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred but not required.
