Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre, the first-established Novotel hotel in the city, is located next to Sharjah Expo Centre, close to Dubai, with convenient access to Sharjah's major business & leisure hubs. We have an excellent team with diverse background, education and skills making it a comfortable working environment.
- Planning & managing the daily L&D activities
- Training facilitation
- Ensure compliance to all required training
- Support the Management team in creating and implementing L&D related activities
- Hospitality HR & Training background
- Certified trainer
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong administrative background with proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous relevant experience is required
