Company Description

As Assistant Front Office Manager – Relief Overnight, you will showcase your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize the Front Office Operations, and ensure an exceptional guest journey. You will work 2 overnight shifts and 3 daytime shifts per week as Manager on Duty.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the Director, Front Office with all aspects of the Front Desk department and ensure all standards are followed with friendly and engaging service  
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • Complete managerial tasks such as scheduling, payroll, performance management & coaching
  • Ensure all service standards and procedures are adhered to
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Previous hotel leadership experience is required, ideally within a Forbes certified 5-star property
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
