What you will be doing:
- Assist in leading and managing all aspects of the Front Office Department while creating a positive and engaging culture.
- Ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service, actively seeking guest satisfaction and colleague feedback.
- Handle owner & guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our owner & guests.
- Assist in recruitment, regular training, counseling and re-coaching to ensure consistency of service standards.
- Participate in the Manager on Duty Program including property Emergency Response and Safety programs, insuring training and compliance with safety procedures
- Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks including vehicle fleet tracking and maintenance, run sheets, invoicing, scheduling, and weekly trainings.
Your experience and skills include:
- Service-focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Ability to work independently and make educated decisions
- Prior experience working with Resort Data Program or a related system
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

Starting hourly wage: $27.00/hr
