Assistant Front Office Manager (H/F)

Jouant un rôle essentiel dans l'expérience globale des clients au sein de notre hôtel, L'Assistant Front Office Manager contribue, en collaboration étroite avec le Front Office Manager à assurer un service client exceptionnel, à maintenir des standards opérationnels élevés et à encadrer une équipe dévouée de professionnels de la réception.
Responsabilités principales
- Assister le Front Office Director dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations de la réception.
- Assurer un service client exceptionnel en coordonnant les activités de l'accueil.
- Participer au recrutement, à la formation et à l'évaluation des membres de l'équipe de la réception.
- Co-animer l’équipe de réception; créer une dynamique d’équipe permettant à tous les collaborateurs d’être, en permanence, au service du client
- Fournir un encadrement continu pour maintenir des standards opérationnels élevées.
- Superviser la gestion des réservations, en s'assurant que toutes les demandes spéciales sont prises en compte.
- Assurer le suivi des clients tout au long de leur séjour pour garantir leur satisfaction.
- Répondre de manière proactive aux problèmes des clients, en cherchant des solutions rapides et efficaces.
- Assurer un suivi sur le programme de fidélité ALL
- Collaborer avec les autres départements pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements connexes tels que le Housekeeping, la restauration, et la sécurité pour assurer une expérience client intégrée.
Profil
- Diplôme en hôtellerie ou gestion hôtelière ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience significative dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans l’hôtellerie de luxe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement les situations stressantes et à prendre des décisions rapides.
- Souci du détail et excellente organisation.
