Job Description
- Assist in managing all food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering functions.
- Supervise, train, and motivate food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and budgets.
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs by minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively to ensure positive guest experiences.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and menus.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Support the recruitment process and performance evaluations of food and beverage team members.
- Maintain good liaison with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of quality products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in the local language and preferably English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
