An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled and ambitious Assistant Financial Controller to join our high-performing team and help shape the financial success of these flagship properties.


Job Description

  • Support the Director of Finance in day-to-day operations including compliance and owner relations.
  • Deliver timely, accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Assist with annual budgets, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll functions.
  • Ensure internal controls and compliance with all Accor policies and regulatory standards.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost integrity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial management role, ideally within hospitality or similar industries.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sun Accounting is highly desirable.
