Si tu as envie de rejoindre un établissement situé en plein cœur de Lyon, l'hôtel Mercure Saxe Lafayette offre un cadre exceptionnel avec 156 chambres, un restaurant, 10 salles de séminaires, un parking avec service voiturier et un centre fitness.
Directement rattaché(e) à la cheffe de Réception, tu as pour rôle en tant qu’assistant chef de réception de l’assister et d’accompagner une équipe d’une quinzaine de personne au quotidien.
Tes missions seront principalement :
- Manager et animer en binôme avec la cheffe de réception l’équipe de réception (également co-animer l’équipe de voiturier avec le responsable voiturier) - environ 15 personnes, accompagner les réceptionnistes sur la technique du poste en transmettant ton expertise/savoir et ta passion pour le métier
- Assurer aux côtés de la cheffe de réception les tâches de gestion administrative et comptable, les recrutements, la mise en place de nouveau process, la gestion des corpos et du RM
- Assurer l'accueil et le bon déroulement du séjour des clients, avec prévenance et attention, dans le respect des procédures internes
- Accompagner nos clients et nos équipes dans le voyage Heartist, afin de leur faire vivre des expériences inoubliables
- Veiller à la bonne gestion des réservations, s’assurer des réservations en portefeuille et anticiper afin d’optimiser le chiffre d’affaires
- Gérer les conflits clients
- Gérer les débiteurs divers : gérer les factures, les règlements et assurer le suivi
- Veiller à faire respecter les process d’audits
- Atteindre les objectifs qualitatif et quantitatif du service et de l’hôtel.

Maitrise de FOLS & des outils ACCOR est un +
Expérience en réception (minimum 2 ans) ou poste similaire exigée
