Job Description

  • Embracing a People First philosophy and innovative recruitment strategy is crucial. You'll develop workforce strategies to tackle today's dynamic challenges.​

  • Proficient in pioneering recruitment methods to swiftly fill positions across 2030 rooms, 12 F&B outlets, and a 10KSQM Convention Center. This role entails maximizing recruitment channels. The ideal candidate will thrive, showing a history of success.​

  • You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, ensuring alignment with our Vision, Mission, and Values, and fostering an environment where every employee feels appreciated and empowered.​

  • Comply with the Corporate Standards, Hotel and Departmental policies and procedures at all times​

  • Responsible for the annual Talent & Culture budget and updating monthly forecast.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity. ​

  • Having exceptional interpersonal abilities and a people-centric approach, skilled at effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders throughout the organization's hierarchy.​

  • Dynamic can-do attitude ​

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail ​

  • Experience with HRIS systems like Time & Attendance System, is highly preferred ​

  • Preferably with local  industrial relations experience​
