ASSISTANT DIRECTEUR GENERAL HÔTELLERIE H/F
Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) au Directeur général, véritable bras droit du Directeur General, vous êtes garant(e) de la satisfaction de nos clients et du bon déroulement des services de nos hôtels.
Vos missions
Relation clientèle
Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction et gérer les réclamations.
Contribuer à la fidélisation de notre clientèle.
Opérations
Coordonner et superviser les opérations quotidiennes en collaboration avec le DG et les Directeurs d'exploitation.
Assurer les remplacements en l'absence des Directeur d'exploitation ou du Directeur Général .
Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
Soutenir les Chefs de service dans l'amélioration continue de la qualité.
Administratif et comptabilité
Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs financiers et proposer des actions commerciales.
Suivre les ratios et performances des services (rapports hebdomadaires).
Participer aux tâches administratives (caisse, suivi du CA, devis, facturation).
Analyser le chiffre d'affaires et rédiger des rapports comptables.
Ressources humaines
Participer au recrutement et à l'intégration des collaborateurs.
Gérer les formalités liées aux entrées et sorties de personnel.
Superviser logements, uniformes et suivi des absences.
Établir et suivre les plannings, préparer les éléments variables de paie.
Contribuer à la mise en place des formations et entretiens.
Garantir le respect de la législation sociale et du droit du travail.
Conditions
- Temps de travail : forfait jours (218 jours travaillés/an proratisé sur la période contractuelle)
- Rémunération fixe à partir de 35K€ brut/annuel
- Rémunération variable : avenant de prime sur objectifs

Maîtrise des métiers opérationnels en hôtellerie et restauration.
Leadership et management d'équipe.
Grande réactivité, aptitude à gérer le stress.
Sens de la communication et du relationnel.
Organisation, flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation.
Excellente présentation et professionnalisme.
Adhésion et mise en pratique des valeurs du groupe.
Formations & expérience.
Expérience réussie et confirmée sur un poste de Direction dans le domaine
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
