Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) réceptionniste sympathique et organisé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Annecy, en France. En tant qu'assistant(e) réceptionniste, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en soutenant les opérations de notre réception et en garantissant une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients. Ce poste offre une excellente opportunité pour quelqu'un qui cherche à commencer ou à faire progresser sa carrière dans l'hôtellerie.
- Accueillir les clients de manière professionnelle et amicale.
- Participez aux procédures d'enregistrement et de départ, en veillant à ce qu'elles se déroulent sans heurts pour tous les clients.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, aux demandes de renseignements et gérer les communications par courrier électronique de manière rapide et efficace.
- Soutenir l'équipe de la réception dans les opérations quotidiennes et les tâches administratives.
- Maintenir une zone de réception propre et organisée
- Participer à la gestion des commentaires des clients et traiter les plaintes en temps opportun.
- Collaborer avec les autres services pour s'assurer que les besoins des clients sont satisfaits.
- Traiter les transactions de base en espèces et tenir des registres précis
- Fournir des informations sur les services de l'hôtel, les attractions locales et les itinéraires à suivre.
- Aider à coordonner les demandes spéciales ou les arrangements pour les clients.
- Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; BTS Hôtellerie Restauration ou qualification connexe en hôtellerie/administration de préférence.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; d'autres compétences linguistiques sont un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de relations interpersonnelles
- Solides capacités d'organisation et souci du détail
- Maîtrise des compétences informatiques de base, y compris la suite MS Office
- Une bonne connaissance des logiciels de gestion hôtelière (par exemple, Opera) est un atout.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Apparence professionnelle et attitude positive
- Une expérience préalable dans l'hôtellerie ou le service à la clientèle est un plus.
