Le chef de rang (h/f) est responsable d’un certain nombre de tables qui composent un rang. L’apprentis chef de rang est sous la responsabilité du maitre d’hôtel et du directeur du restaurant et sera accompagner dans son évolution par ces derniers.
Tes activités principales :
- Mise en place du point de vente et des arrières
- Relation avec la clientèle
- Accueil et accompagnement du client
- Prise de commandes et service
- Fidélisation des clients
- Analyse du besoin du client et conseil dans ses choix
- Gérer les réclamations et remarques négatives
- Adopter les gestes et postures permettant de travailler en toute sécurité
- Placer le client au centre de son activité et de sa mission
Tes qualifications :
• Maîtrise de l'anglais (clients internationaux)
