1st year: Kick things off with our kitchen crew – master cutting techniques and become a breakfast hero.

2nd year: Step up your game in our banquet kitchen, prepping epic events and making sure everything runs smoothly.

3rd year: Time to shine! Take on the à la carte dinner service and show off your cooking skills.

• You'll receive a structured training plan and get the chance to explore other departments (e.g. kitchen, purchasing, etc.).
