Le Grand Hôtel Roi René MGallery **** Aix-en-Provence, groupe ACCORINVEST est actuellement à la recherche son/sa futur(e) Apprenti(e) Réceptionniste H/F 35H. Poste à pourvoir en alternance à partir de Septembre 2024.
- Rythme souhaité : 1 à 2 jours de formation par semaine
- Rémunération selon profil + Indemnités Compensatrices de Nourriture environ 170€ brut (variable selon le nombre de jours travaillés) + Prise en charge des transports en commun à hauteur de 50%
Vos missions :
- Gestion du back office : seconder le Responsable des services d'accueil sur tous les sujets
- Assurer à la clientèle un accueil chaleureux, efficace et conforme aux standards de qualité de l’établissement
- Effectuer les procédures informatiques et administratives liées aux check-in/check out sur le système Opera cloud
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et prendre ponctuellement les réservations
- Réaliser les différents projets confiés par sa hiérarchie
- Appliquer les procédures et politiques définies par la Marque et l’Hôtel
- Participer à l'élaboration des plannings et des tâches de l'équipe en réception
- Effectuer la comptabilité journalière, gérer le budget
- Assurer la gestion des commandes
- Effectuer la facturation clients et assurer les relances
- Participer au recrutement des membres de l'équipe de réception
- Veiller au suivi de la qualité et de la la satisfaction clientèle au quotidien et gérer les plaintes clients

Votre expérience et vos qualifications :
- Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire et d’une seconde langue
- La connaissance des logiciels Opera cloud, Bizzon serait un plus
- Excellente aptitude à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Passion pour le client
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
- Sens du détail, autonome
- Flexibilité et polyvalence
- Expérience exigée
