Nous travaillons en France ou à l’étranger, en collaboration avec les plus grandes Maisons de luxe, avec les plus importants événements sportifs et aéronautiques, avec les clients privés les plus exigeants.
Nous sommes à la recherche d'alternant(e)s souhaitant se former aux métiers de la cuisine pour la rentrée de septembre 2026 au sein de la Maison Potel et Chabot.
A ce poste, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Elaborer des préparations,
- Apprendre les process de fabrication pour être ensuite opérationnel sur le poste,
- Veiller au respect des normes HACCP (incluant les taches liées à l'hygiène et au nettoyage),
- Veiller à l'entretien du poste de travail et des outils.
- Respecter les exigences RSE liées au poste (tri des déchets, gaspillage alimentaire…)
Durant votre alternance, un parcours est prévu pour vous faire découvrir les différents postes au sein de notre laboratoire ainsi qu'une expérience sur événement.
