Le Mercure Paris Vaugirard Porte de Versailles est un hôtel 4 étoiles idéalement situé dans le 15e arrondissement de Paris, face à l’entrée principale du Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles. L’établissement offre une décoration typiquement parisienne, avec une vue imprenable sur le Parc des Expositions. Il dispose de 91 chambres spacieuses et climatisées, dont 7 suites, ainsi que de 9 salles de réunion modulables totalisant 420 m², pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 220 personnes en configuration théâtre.

Vos missions principales :
- Présence terrain : Accueillir les clients séminaires, aide à l’installation aspect technique/informatique.
- Gestion des demandes de groupe et d’événements : Prise en charge des demandes clients en étroite collaboration avec les services internes pour garantir des prestations de qualité avec pour objectif de maximiser l’occupation et les revenus générés.
- Communication efficace : Transmission précise des besoins clients aux départements internes pour assurer un service client irréprochable et des résultats positifs.
- Service client haut de gamme : Réponse rapide et professionnelle aux demandes des clients pour assurer leur satisfaction et fidélisation.
- Suivi administratif et opérationnel : Gestion des emails, appels téléphoniques et coordination entre les départements pour assurer un suivi précis et réactif.
- Animation sur différents canaux de communication : Gestion des postes sur les réseaux sociaux et mise à jour de la newsletter en interne.
