Description du poste

1. Expérience collaborateur sur site (2 sites)

  • Participer à la vie interne des sites et à l’organisation de moments de convivialité.

  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives favorisant l’engagement et la cohésion.

2. Support au rôle de HRBP

  • Contribuer à l’analyse des besoins RH du périmètre (enquête d'engagement, plan de formation, people review...) 

  • Préparer les supports pour les réunions RH et projets People.

  • Assurer un appui administratif simple (mise à jour de documents, tableaux, suivis).

3. Intranet RH

  • Mettre à jour et organiser les contenus RH sur notre intranet. 

  • Publier des informations claires et attractives.

4. Projets RH & communication interne

  • Soutenir l’organisation d’événements internes et sessions d’intégration.

  • Participer à la création de contenus RH (news, guides, supports).

  • Gérer des tâches administratives liées aux projets RH (planning, logistique, documents).


Qualifications

  • Étudiant(e) en ressources humaines ou domaine connexe (Bac+3 à Bac+5).

  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles.

  • Créatif(ve), organisé(e), curieux(se) et orienté(e) solution.

  • À l’aise avec les outils digitaux et les plateformes collaboratives.
