The resort will be situated next to an 18-hole championship golf course, reflecting Fairmont's association as a world class golf destination. it will set new standards in sustainable development, positioned on 200km of untouched coastline, an archipelago of more than 90 unspoiled island, dormant volcanoes, rich marine habitat, and ancient archaeological sites.
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Housing Supervisor to join our team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of property management.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of property management staff, including maintenance workers, leasing agents, and administrative personnel
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient property operations and compliance with local housing regulations
- Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee property maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring all work is completed to high standards
- Prepare and manage budgets for property operations, maintenance, and improvements
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with leasing agents to develop effective marketing strategies and maintain high occupancy rates
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including rent collection and expense tracking
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for various property services
- Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations, implementing changes as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Proven supervisory experience in managing teams effectively
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of local housing regulations and tenant rights in Saudi Arabia
- Familiarity with maintenance and repair procedures for residential properties
- Understanding of lease agreements and rental policies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Property Management certification preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills highly desirable
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
- experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
- Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
- A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with Luxury standards.
