Como Almoxarife do nosso hotel, você será o guardião dos nossos estoques, garantindo que tudo esteja no lugar, na quantidade certa e pronto para ser usado quando for preciso. Vamos combinar, ninguém quer um hotel sem insumos essenciais, né?
O que você vai fazer no dia a dia?
Receber mercadorias com aquele olhar crítico, conferindo notas fiscais, quantidades, preços e prazos. Se estiver tudo certo, é só carimbar e assinar!
Guardar tudo de forma organizada e de fácil acesso no almoxarifado, seguindo o sistema PEPS (Primeiro que Entra, Primeiro que Sai) para manter tudo fresquinho e dentro do prazo.
Lançar notas fiscais no sistema, gerar relatórios e encaminhar para aprovação, porque papelada organizada é vida!
Separar e distribuir os materiais de acordo com as requisições, garantindo que cada setor tenha o que precisa para operar sem perrengue.
Atualizar o sistema com as saídas de materiais e manter o estoque sempre sob controle.
Monitorar os níveis de estoque para evitar surpresas desagradáveis e garantir que não falte nada.
Acompanhar a validade dos produtos e avisar as áreas responsáveis antes que qualquer coisa vença.
Realizar inventários mensais e identificar eventuais discrepâncias entre o que temos e o que deveria estar lá.
Auxiliar nas auditorias e garantir que todos os processos estejam alinhados com os padrões de qualidade.
Manter o arquivo de documentos da área sempre em dia.
Se você é organizado, detalhista, gosta de trabalhar em equipe e entende que um estoque bem gerido faz toda a diferença na experiência do hóspede e na gestão de custos do hotel, já pode mandar seu currículo! Vamos adorar ter você na nossa equipe! 😃
- Formação: Ensino Médio completo.
Desejável cursando superior em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis ou compatível.
