• Manage guest arrivals, arrange transportation, and assist with luggage as required.
• Provide hotel information to guests and escort them to their transport or car rental facilities.
• Handle VIP arrivals and inform relevant hotel staff.
• Maintain accurate flight information and guest records in the logbook.
• Report changes in arrivals, departures, or any issues to the Front Office manager.
• Foster positive relationships with airport personnel and maintain a spirit of teamwork.
• Ensure a neat appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
• Follow work schedules and procedures as approved by the Front Office manager.
