Job Description
We’re seeking an energetic and inspiring Activities Manager to lead our Activities team and create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee the delivery of our resort activity program, including VIK Club experiences, beach activities, games, water-based activities and guest experiences. You’ll bring creativity, organisation and a strong focus on safety while supporting your team to deliver fun, engaging and seamless experiences every day.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, coach and support the Activities team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and coordinate engaging activities including VIK Club programs, beach games, crafts, trivia and resort experiences
- Create memorable experiences for children, families, groups and conference guests
- Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate Tipi builds and support unique event experiences for guests and clients
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, equipment, safety and presentation standards
- Maintain a strong focus on guest safety, risk management and WHS compliance
- Work closely with other departments to support events, group experiences and seasonal activities
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the activity offering
- Build a positive team culture focused on energy, creativity and genuine hospitality
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, resorts, recreation, childcare, education or a similar guest-focused environment
- Experience creating or delivering activities for children and families highly regarded
- A natural ability to engage with people and create memorable experiences
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for outdoor and active environments
- Strong understanding of safety practices and guest wellbeing
- Current Working with Children Blue Card or willingness to obtain one
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays and varied hours as required
