      Job Description

      Activities Instructor

      The Activities Instructor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading a variety of recreational activities and programs for guests of all ages at Hawar Resort. This role requires a passion for outdoor activities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and entertain guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Activities Planning and Execution: Plan and conduct recreational activities, including water sports, nature walks, team-building exercises, etc. 
      • Safety Management: Ensure the safety of all participants by providing thorough instructions, monitoring activities, and adhering to safety protocols.
      • Guest Engagement and Customization: Engage with guests to understand their interests and tailor activities to meet their needs and preferences.
      • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and manage activity equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and available for guest use.
      • Promotion and Communication: Promote activities through various communication channels within the resort to maximize guest participation.
      • Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
      • Event Coordination: Collaborate with other resort staff to coordinate special events and themed activities.
      • Program Development and Enhancement: Assist in the development and improvement of activity programs based on guest feedback and industry trends.
      • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of participation, incidents, and inventory.

      Qualifications

      • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation industry is preferred.
      • Certification Requirements: Certification in CPR, First Aid, and water safety (or willingness to obtain).
      • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Personality Traits: Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
      • Teamwork Ability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Schedule Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
      • Activity Knowledge and Leadership: Knowledge of a variety of recreational activities and the ability to instruct and lead groups.
      • Physical Fitness: Physical fitness and the ability to engage in strenuous activities.
      • Language Skills: Multilingual skills are a plus.
