Company Description

Accor is a global leader in the hospitality sector.  This role will be looking after the accounts payable of three Accor properties and based at the regional Accor office in the CBD.  These hotels include:

Novotel & ibis Auckland Ellerslie

Movenpick Auckland

Mercure Queenstown


Job Description

  • Complete payment procedures by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices to ensure timely payment of creditors accounts.
  • Process correct and timely payment of other accounts, e.g. Standard Orders and Prepayments, Retail outlets, Tour Operators, Petty Cash etc.
  • Reconcile all payments to Trail Balance, General Ledger, Balance Sheet and/or supplier’s statements.
  • Provide required authorisations and supporting documentation for all payments.

Qualifications

  • Business Degree - Finance or accounting major preferred
  • Experience working in the accounts field
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skill
