AC Technician
You perform highly diversified duties to maintain in good working order all Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment in the building and to work with a team spirit to ensure that all hotel guest rooms, other facilities and equipment are working in good condition.

• Need to fully understand the principles of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and apply them in practice.
• Need to do regularly inspect air conditioning compressor units and effect maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Required to maintain charging equipment, refrigeration test equipment and A/C tools in good condition.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas and protection of the surrounding area when executing jobs.
• Need understand control principles of all A/C systems and regularly test, repair and calibrate.
• Need to verify building area temperatures and adjust as necessary and record on the plant log sheet.
• Required to complete major and minor services on A/C, Refrigeration equipment as assigned and return the completed job sheets to the Engineering Office.
• Learn and carry out fire brigade duties when assigned.
• Required to complete the personal daily job record, time book accurately and keep ready for inspection.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
