- Preparar os pratos do cardápio do dia, a partir das demandas recebidas, cozinhando, grelhando, assando os alimentos.
- Montar pratos individuais, buffets, bandejas etc. e distribuir nos locais de consumo.
- Executar atividades de confeitaria, preparando doces, bolos, etc.
- Monitorar o consumo do buffet e providenciar a reposição dos alimentos, quando necessário.
