Nos 11 salles de séminaires dont un centre de convention de 350 m2 modulable en 3 salles de 100 à 135 m2 ont été rénovées et dotées de matériel dernier cri pour ravir nos clients affaires !
De magnifiques suites ont été créées offrant même un espace réunion ! Et tout cela vue Tour Eiffel !!!

· Assiste le chef et le second dans leurs tâches quotidiennes
· Fabrique, dresse les plats conformément aux fiches techniques et en fonction des directives du responsable
· Organise son poste de travail en appliquant les consignes
· Participe à l'élaboration des nouvelles fiches techniques et à la mise à jour de la carte
· Veille à la présentation, à la qualité et à la bonne température des plats lorsqu'ils sortent en salle
· Fabrique, dressez les plats conformément aux fiches techniques et envoyez les plats dans les bons délais et à bonne température
· Adapte son rythme de travail en fonction de l'affluence, des évènements et des clients
· Effectue le nettoyage et le rangement de son poste de travail en fonction des directives de son responsable
· Contribue à la bonne gestion du petit matériel en évitant la casse
· Communique intensivement avec l'équipe de salle pour informer sur les compositions des plats et éventuelles ruptures
