Le.a 1ère Gouvernant.e est garante de la qualité du service des étages offert au client dans le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité. Le.a Gouvernant.e est en charge du management du personnel d'étages. Il.elle a pour mission de veiller en permanence au respect des normes de qualité. Elle doit atteindre les objectifs définis en matière de satisfaction clientèle et de satisfaction des membres de l’équipe.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
- Etre capable de commander, réceptionner, vérifier le linge de l'hôtel
- Etre capable de contrôler tous les lieux publics (lobby, salons ….)
- S’assurer du contrôle de tous les accueils VIP au quotidien
- Contrôler les chambres, la circulations et les offices
- Signaler tous les problèmes techniques au service concerné
- S'assurer du suivi la facturation des chambres et du linge
- Superviser l’organisation du pressing et de la lingerie
- Enregistrer et gérer les objets oubliés
- Gérer les stocks des articles dont le service a besoin
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
- Maîtrise de l’anglais
- Bac à Bac +2 BTS Hôtellerie Restauration, expérience confirmée sur le poste
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Sens du détail
- Sens de l’accueil et du contact
