Véritable chef d’orchestre de la réception, vous animez, coordonnez et contrôlez l’activité de l’ensemble de l'équipe en veillant à une qualité de service optimale dans le respect des procédures et standards de l'hôtel et de la marque Ibis.
Vos missions à la réception :
- Gestion des réservations et tenue du planning ;
- Gérer les départs clients, la facturation, l’encaissement ;
- Etre garant de la qualité d’accueil et de la satisfaction client en étant moteur auprès de ses équipes ;
- Gérer l’arrivée, le suivi et les départs des clients ;
- Développer les ventes additionnelles : bar, encas,... ;
- Répondre, enregistrer et traiter tous les appels, messages, demandes ;
- Agir pour résoudre les problèmes/gérer les plaintes des clients ;
- Collaboration étroite avec le Chef de réception ;
- Animer et manager les équipes de réception.
Vos missions à la réservation :
- Répondre aux demandes de réservations par e-mail ou téléphone avec professionnalisme et réactivité ;
- Proposer des séjours adaptés aux besoins des clients ;
- Connaissances informatiques (environnement Windows, outils bureautiques, Opéra Cloud, résaweb ;
- Optimiser le planning des réservations en respectant notre stratégie tarifaire ;
- Suivre les options, relancer les clients et partenaires si besoin ;
- Gérer les réservations groupes et rooming lists ;
- Effectuer diverses tâches administratives : gestion des arrhes, suivi des extranets OTA, mises à jour des bases de données (Cardex) ;
- Participer ponctuellement à des missions de Revenue Management (benchmarks, pick-up, maintenance des canaux de distribution) ;
- Mettre en valeur les autres services de l’hôtel : restauration, bar, programme de fidélité.

- Vous vous caractérisez par votre excellent relationnel, votre savoir-être et vos compétences organisationnelles ;
- Votre rigueur, votre esprit d'équipe et votre expérience des relations clients sont vos atouts ;
- La maîtrise de l'Anglais courant est indispensable et une seconde langue est souhaitée ;
- D'excellente présentation, vous avez un très bon relationnel et êtes souriant(e) ;
- Vous justifiez au minimum d’une première expérience dans le domaine de la réception en tant que Chef de brigade.
Contrat en CDI à temps plein 39 heures par semaine ;
