Vingt-et-une marques, trois segments – Premium, Midscale et Economy – et cinq régions : le portefeuille PME d’Accor est l’un des plus vastes et des plus diversifiés de l’hôtellerie mondiale. Pour que ses dirigeants disposent d’une lecture claire, comparable et partagée de la performance, nous confions à la fonction Brand Performance & Planning un rôle central : devenir le point de référence unique de la performance des marques.
Reportant conjointement aux deux Brand Presidents, vous prenez la tête d’une fonction à reconstruire autant qu’à faire vivre : les postes de leadership sont aujourd’hui vacants et la composition de l’équipe est appelée à évoluer. Ce rôle ne porte ni la stratégie ni l’exécution des marques – il en élève la qualité, la rigueur et l’impact des décisions, à l’échelle de chaque marque comme du portefeuille.
Votre mission
Oser avoir un impact, ici, c’est transformer des données financières, commerciales et consommateurs en recommandations claires sur lesquelles les Brand Leaders et les Brand Presidents s’appuient pour décider. Vous jouez à la fois un rôle de catalyseur et de challenger constructif auprès des équipes marques, en veillant à l’alignement et à la cohérence sur l’ensemble du portefeuille.
Vos missions principales
- Performance & aide à la décision : décomposer les évolutions de performance et en expliquer les ressorts (RevPAR et index RevPAR vs compset, taux d’occupation et prix moyen, mix canaux et segments, effets à périmètre constant vs montée en charge et rénovations, part marque vs marché et actifs) ; produire analyses structurées, scénarios chiffrés et recommandations priorisées ; challenger hypothèses, priorités et arbitrages – jusqu’à la construction même d’un indicateur lorsqu’elle oriente la conclusion ; accompagner l’évaluation de l’impact des initiatives et investissements stratégiques.
- Gouvernance & rythme de planification : piloter les cycles de performance et de planification (Strategic Marketing Plans, Quarterly Business Reviews, plans de marque pluriannuels, cycles budgétaires) ; définir et faire vivre des référentiels communs – KPIs, définitions, templates, standards – pour que les chiffres se réconcilient et que les comparaisons tiennent ; consolider une vision portefeuille cohérente et veiller à la discipline de performance, y compris avec les régions.
- Orchestration budgétaire : en partenariat étroit avec la Finance, orchestrer le processus budgétaire sur ses trois niveaux (budgets par marque, budget consolidé du portefeuille, budgets d’exécution régionaux) ; construire la vision et le narratif portefeuille à destination du Comité Exécutif et du Board ; traduire stratégies et feuilles de route en impact financier chiffré ; éclairer les arbitrages par des éléments factuels et des options, sans porter l’exécution budgétaire.
- Consumer Insights : piloter la capacité insights au niveau portefeuille en vous appuyant sur le poste de Consumer Insights Lead ; définir l’agenda insights au service des objectifs de performance, garantir la rigueur méthodologique et connecter systématiquement les insights au positionnement, aux drivers de performance et aux résultats commerciaux ; faire évoluer la capacité, notamment via des approches s’appuyant sur l’IA.
- Initiatives transverses : mener des initiatives à l’échelle du portefeuille pour améliorer la qualité des décisions (knowledge management marque et consommateur, outils de performance, plateformes d’insights, partage de bonnes pratiques) et en assurer l’adoption, sans dupliquer l’exécution portée par d’autres équipes.
- Leadership d’équipe : bâtir, animer et développer une équipe Brand Performance & Consumer Insights resserrée et à fort impact ; recruter et faire grandir un numéro deux au solide profil quantitatif et financier ; fixer priorités, modes de fonctionnement et standards d’excellence analytique ; représenter la fonction avec crédibilité dans les instances de gouvernance.
Votre terrain de jeu : un rôle au carrefour du Brand Leadership, de Commercial, Digital & Tech, Global Sales & Distribution, de la Finance, de la Stratégie Corporate, des régions et de la Global Brand Full Funnel Team.

Votre profil :
- Profondeur analytique : vous avez personnellement décomposé un problème de performance commerciale, isolé et quantifié ses drivers, et abouti à une conclusion que l’organisation n’avait pas encore vue. Vous distinguez corrélation et causalité et savez dire ce que les données ne permettent pas encore d’affirmer.
- Maîtrise d’un cycle de planification et budgétaire : vous avez piloté un cycle annuel de bout en bout, ou tenu la plume sur la consolidation budgétaire et les arbitrages en partenariat avec la Finance.
- Responsabilité multi-pays réelle : vous avez été responsable de résultats en dehors de votre marché d’origine, idéalement en ayant travaillé à l’étranger.
- Construction d’équipe : vous avez bâti ou reconstruit une équipe – pas uniquement géré une équipe héritée et stable.
Vos atouts :
- Une présence exécutive et une crédibilité reconnues auprès des instances dirigeantes : vous savez dire à un Comité Exécutif qu’un plan ne tient pas – et être entendu.
- Une capacité éprouvée à influencer sans autorité hiérarchique, dans des rôles fortement transverses.
- Un juste équilibre entre rigueur et pragmatisme, structure et agilité.
- Une aisance dans un environnement rapide, décentralisé et en structuration.
Langue :
- Anglais parfait indispensable.
Parcours : performance marque ou business, planification commerciale, revenue management, stratégie à forte composante quantitative ou finance, dans un environnement multimarques complexe. Une expérience dans l’hospitalité est appréciée mais non requise ; une expérience en consumer insights est un atout, sans constituer à elle seule une qualification pour le poste.
