- Provide administrative support to the Assistant T&C Manager
- Communicate with and respond to all the enquiries in relation to welfare and onboarding of Heartists
- Ensure all welfare activities and accommodation updates processed in a timely fashion
- Update accommodation key management system, accommodation inspection, accommodation assignment and maintenance issues requests through SARA
- Provide monthly birthday calendar, activity calendar and posters
- Personnel filing & notice board update
- Proactive in planning and implement welfare activities to enhance Heartists wellbeing
- Responsible for related monthly report assigned by Assistant T&C Manager
- Others tasks as directed by the Assistant P&C Manager within skills and competencies
- Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in Fusion, MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Past experience of working in the Maldives
