Part-time (PPT25), Monday - Friday Opportunity, Involves manual handling.
About the role...
Perform tasks to ensure efficient day to day stores operations including receiving, unloading, inspecting, dispersing, issuing and storing, to high standards of safety and compliance with all operating procedures..
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to oversee our stores operation:
- Possess and maintain current certification in safe food handling.
- Demonstrated experience and competence in stores administration.
- Sound experience in food and beverage receiving protocols.
- Proven ability to work reliably, independently and in a team environment.
- Good decision-making skills and the ability to work without supervision.
- Intermediate computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 16kgs on a regular basis in line with safe handling practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment with other staff, you have the ability to communicate effectively with people from varying backgrounds.
- Sound knowledge of OH&S requirements
